General Policies
When is my credit card charged? Your card is charged at the time of purchase. Do I use my credit card address as the billing address? Yes. Billing address should be the
same as your credit card address. How long are your prices valid? Prices are effective October 1, 2004 and are subject to
change.
What if a product becomes unavailable? We reserve the right to make substitutions of equal
or greater value should a product become unavailable.
Is there a charge for an incorrect address? Yes. Carriers charge $5.00 for each incorrect
address. Please verify that all addresses are correct. These charges will be passed along to you.
Shipping Policies

Return Policies We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason please return the merchandise within 7 days for a replacement or full refund of your purchase price not including your original shipping charges. Please include a written explanation of the return. We will respond once the product is received to us within 24 hours. Our family has been growing the finest jumbo gourmet Virginia peanuts since the late 1800’s
on our 3,000-acre farm in Southampton County, one of the largest peanut-producing counties in
the United States.
Our peanut products and peanut candy are truly the cream of the crop. We grow only the
world-famous jumbo Virginia peanut, prized by gourmets everywhere for its impressive size and
even more incredible flavor. Quality control and freshness are our trademark throughout every
step of the process – from growing and harvesting our crop of delicious jumbo Virginia peanuts -
to shipping them to any destination you may choose.
The cooking process deserves special mention. Each batch of our jumbo Virginia peanuts are
cooked according to a time-honored family recipe in pure peanut oil with no additives or
preservatives. And we cook them as they are ordered, so you get the freshest product possible.
We select the largest size peanuts of our crop to produce our in shell jumbo Virginia peanuts.
They are then slowly roasted to perfection using our old fashioned recipe. We then offer them as
roasted in shell jumbo peanuts either unsalted, salted, or Cajun.
This is why we are very proud to offer you our premium jumbo Virginia gourmet peanuts. We
