General Policies

In-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. If any item is backordered, we will notify you immediately and give you the estimated delivery date. Please allow 5-8 working days to receive your order.

Standard shipping is US Priority Mail 2-5 Days or UPS or FedEX Ground 5-8 Days. Call us for for expedited delivery options: 1-877-777-2837. Certain items can only be shipped by UPS or Fed EX service due to size limits.

Shipping Policies

To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping methods and charges for your order.

Taxes

We collect state sales tax when shipping to the following states:

Order Cancellation Policies

Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled. Product must be returned unopened and unused within 30 days for a refund.

Return Policies

Our products should meet or exceed your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied, unopened, unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit or a refund of the merchandise total, whichever you prefer.

Merchandise must be returned, with a copy of your original receipt, before refund or replacement is given. Call toll free 1-877-777-2837 for a return authorization number and a return shipping address. Customer ordered personalized product can not be returned for a refund. No refund will be given without prior authorization. Product covered under manufacturer's warranty should be sent directly to the manufacturer for service.
