General Policies

Shipping Services:
All orders are shipped via insured carriers. We offer reasonable flat rate shipping on jewelry to any Continental U.S. location. Giftware items are heavier, and therefor carry an additional shipping fee. Delivery times depend on your location. All orders ship from Connecticut, and shipping upgrades are available on request for an extra charge.

For shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii an additional $20.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.

We presently cannot accept orders for international shipment.

We are a full service business providing repairs, restringing, and machine engraving on the premises. Having our own goldsmith shop and computerized engraving system has set us apart from other jewelry establishments.
