Shipping Policies

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

Standard: UPS Ground (5-7 days)  ( $7.25 ) Express: UPS Select (3 days)  ( $14.50) Overnite: FedEx (Overnight)  ( $21.75)

Shipping Charges

For shipments to Alaska, Puerto Rico and Hawaii an additional $20.00 freight surcharge per order will be added to the above charges.

We will give shipping charges via e-mail to buyers for shipment outside of: United States and request their approval prior to shipment.

Taxes

5.1% sales tax will be added to all Colorado resident orders.

Order Cancellation Policies

You may cancel your order at anytime before the you receive the shipment notification. Once the item has been shipped, you will need to return the unit once it arrives at your home or business.

Warranties

All of our products come with an extended 3-year warranty. A warranty registration card is included with each purchase. The exception to this is the UV light bulb, which is protected by a 1-year warranty.
