Mauviel Stainless Steel Rectangular Roaster

Mauviel Stainless Steel Rectangular Roaster

Brand Name: Mauviel of France
Item#/SKU: 50.mrp
Multiple layers make the difference! Mauviel has advanced the art of roasting with the introduction of the M'Cook collection. M'Cook incorporates seven layers of materials (2.6mm thick) so that the rectangular roasting pan will heat quickly and roast evenly. Multiple layers are 50% more effective than the traditional three layers of metal, saving cooking time and energy either in the oven or on any stovetop heat source, including induction.

The rectangular roaster measures 16" x 12" and has a depth of 3". A non-drip edge makes it easy to pour from when straining those great gravies. The cast stainless steel or bronze handles are affixed by sturdy stainless steel rivets. The rectangular roaster continues the Mauviel tradition of bringing cookware of unsurpassed quality and design to people who love to cook.

Because of the excessive size and weight of this item, a $4.00 shipping/handling charge will be added.
