With a leak-proof base, the pan is made of commercial-weight steel, assuring even heat distribution and beautifully baked and browned slices, or flaky desserts, every time. Kaiser's new ceramic based coating - "Kaiseramic" - assures a longer lifetime for this pan, and unbelievable release of crusts and baked goods. The magnum coated base allows cutting in the pan without damage, and alleviates the need for flouring or parchment paper. Brushing a thin application of oil or butter in the pan provides for a quick and easy release and a smooth, tightly sealed crust.

The conical springform is available in a 12" or 13" diameter.
