The preparation and enjoyment of wonderful meals have always been a blessing in the Acadian culture of southwest Louisiana where we are always willing to let the good times roll (laissez les bons temps rouler). A good customer of ours suggested we add this cookbook to our offerings. Following their lead, I was thrilled to find it was published by St. Celcilia School in Broussard where I have an aunt still living who taught there for years. Calling the school and church, I meet a delightful lady who handles the marketing and graduated with my mother in law....who describes her as beautiful inside as out. Now that is what Cajun family and food are about .... a way of life!!!
