Peugeot peppermills and salt mills are easy to use and fill. Simply remove the metal nut, then the wooden cap, load up with peppercorns or sea salt, and reassemble. To adjust the grind, turn the top nut tightly for a fine grind, or leave it loose for a coarse grind. As with all Peugeot salt and pepper mills, the internal grinding mechanism carries with it a lifetime warranty. The "Blois" mills are available individually or as a set.
