Bring the roast to the table in style! This handsome carving board, made of solid maple, measures 20" x 14" x 1". The grooves cut into the board (that resemble shark's teeth!) catch juices which are then channeled to the well that surrounds the outter perimeter of the board. The solid stainless steel handles were designed by the manufacturer to be comfortable to hold. J. K. Adams, a name that is consonant with quality, has been crafting and distributing wood products in the same factory in Vermont since 1944. Your family and guests will be wowed by this board's beauty and craftsmanship. As with all wood kitchen products, the Shark Board needs to be "nourished" with a wood creme or a food quality mineral oil. It should be hand washed and dried and never be put in a dishwasher.
